Good afternoon family and friends, I want to let you all know that we are following the COVID-19 global pandemic. We are closely monitoring this evolving situation and taking any necessary action required to protect our residents and employees. This is a very difficult time for our residents and we encourage you to call your family members as much as possible. The well-being of our residents is our top priority.
I want to send a special thank you out to the parents and children in the community for sending in cards to our residents. You are brightening their day in so many ways and putting smiles on their faces.
For all my employees, thank you so much for your support, dedication, and understanding during this time. Great team work and an excellent job caring for our residents during this stressful time. You are doing your very best to keep everyone healthy, safe, all while minimizing the disruptions to our day-to-day operations.
Jennifer, Operations Manager who is fairly new to her position is doing a fantastic job working with residents, staff, and arranging any needed accommodations for residents. Jennifer and Sue are working hard to arrange various activities for residents to participate in, recognizing the need to keep the environment positive.
We have all come together to support our residents, the strength of our staff and community will get us through this.
